They begin by asking whether their current home still fits the life they want today.

Answer these 10 questions honestly. There are no right or wrong answers, and you do not need to provide your email address to see your result.

1. Do you have two or more rooms that go unused most months?
2. Have you spent more than a full weekend this year on yard work or home repairs you would rather not do?
3. Would you describe your current home as “more house than we need”?
4. Are you curious what your home is worth today, but have not checked in over a year?
5. Do stairs, yard size, or square footage feel harder to manage than they did five years ago?
6. Have you thought about what you would do with the equity in your home if you sold?
7. Are your children or grandchildren visiting less often, or usually just for holidays?
8. Would a lower-maintenance home free up money or time for travel, hobbies, or family?
9. Have you looked at homes in a 55+ or low-maintenance community out of curiosity?
10. If the right situation came along, would you consider moving in the next 12–24 months?

You Are Comfortable Where You Are
